• • The Senior Operations Analyst will support strategic business initiatives including RT Specialty’s business process design and shared service solutions, serving as a vital link between technical solutions and business processes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders, gathering and analyzing complex data to extract insights, developing expertise in RT business processes and systems, defining operational support requirements, collaborating with Shared Service teams to implement new processes, monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, maintaining documentation, identifying improvement opportunities, facilitating change management, leading or participating in multiple initiatives, and providing leadership to junior team members.
