- • Own the end-to-end scaling of enterprise B2B programs including PC-Plus, 12-week Medical Assistant, and Phlebotomy, ensuring repeatable, scalable launches across existing and new clients.
- • Design and implement operational infrastructure for new delivery modalities such as partner-led enrollment, employer-sponsored sign-up, SSO integration, and IT QA processes before go-live to prevent post-launch disruptions.
- • Build and optimize scalable operational processes for preceptor management, admissions workflows, sponsorship administration, and other core S4B functions to reduce manual effort and increase team capacity.
- • Lead and develop two direct reports by setting clear goals, providing consistent coaching, and fostering a team culture that handles complexity with minimal escalation.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Learning, and Engineering teams to align on tooling needs, program readiness, and client-facing implications for each program launch.
- • Drive launch planning, quality assurance, and go-live readiness for new programs and client expansions, ensuring all operational dependencies are identified and resolved prior to deployment.
- • Document and maintain standardized playbooks, SOPs, and workflows that are adopted across teams and sustainably embedded into daily operations.
- • Identify operational gaps in current systems and proactively design solutions that enable growth without increasing headcount or burnout.
- • Manage the operational lifecycle of enterprise partnerships with major healthcare employers including CVS, NY-Presbyterian, HCA, Providence, and Walgreens.
- • Maintain a hands-on approach to operations while leading a team, balancing strategic oversight with tactical execution on high-priority initiatives.
- • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to create structure where none exists, iterating quickly based on data and feedback to improve outcomes.
- • Ensure all operational processes align with Stepful’s core values: Care first, Learn quickly, Build together, and Own it.

- • Demonstrated experience designing and documenting operational processes — playbooks, SOPs, workflows — that stick
- • Strong project management instincts: track details, manage dependencies, and keep launches on schedule
- • Experience working cross-functionally on technical or product-adjacent projects (familiarity with SSO, IT QA, or platform integrations is a plus)
- • Ability to manage a team while staying close to the work yourself
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work at a #1 EdTech company in the U.S. named by TIME for 2025
- • Backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp with recent $55M Series C led by Oak HC/FT
