📋 Description

• • Senior P&C Business Partner role focused on employee relations and employment governance in Germany, acting as a trusted advisor to local stakeholders while partnering with HQ and Legal to drive compliant and constructive employee relations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary P&C interface with the German Works Council, leading consultations and negotiations, managing Works Council relationships, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, proposing policy enhancements, coaching managers on leadership and ER cases, supporting performance cycles and talent reviews, collaborating with Legal on contracts and policies, owning the end-to-end employee life cycle, acting as a subject matter expert for complex cases, improving P&C programs, contributing to employer brand development, and participating in cross-functional P&C projects.
