- • As a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager at ShareGate, you will own and scale paid acquisition programs for ShareGate Migrate and build ShareGate Protect’s demand generation engine from the ground up, directly impacting pipeline growth and customer acquisition efficiency.
- • You will plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, manage a $500K+/month ad budget in partnership with a paid media agency, and ensure efficient CAC payback through rigorous performance monitoring and experimentation.
- • You will join ShareGate’s Demand Generation team within Workleap, a fast-moving, data-driven group focused on paid media, web optimization, and experimentation, collaborating closely with content, design, product, and sales teams to launch high-impact campaigns.
- • You will develop expertise in AI-powered marketing automation, experimentation frameworks, and full-funnel analytics using tools like Claude, N8N, HubSpot, HockeyStack, and Webflow, with a clear path to expand into organic growth, outbound, and partner channels — and potentially lead your own team within 2–3 years.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8 years in performance or growth marketing with hands-on management of paid channels and direct ownership of $500K+/month in ad spend
- • Proven experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns at $500K+/month monthly ad spend, with deep platform expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, or similar
- • Demonstrated ability to design, run, and measure A/B or multivariate experiments, including landing page tests using Webflow
- • Experience setting up and validating end-to-end conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager
- • Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot, HockeyStack, and proven ability to build real AI workflows using tools like Claude, Markifact, or N8N (not just theoretical knowledge)
- • Strong analytical mindset, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and a curious, results-oriented mindset eager to explore new growth levers
