- • As a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager at Workleap Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling ShareGate’s demand engine by owning and optimizing high-impact paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit. This role is critical to driving trial and demo volume for ShareGate Migrate while building ShareGate Protect’s paid demand generation program from the ground up, directly contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing paid search and social campaigns, managing a ~$1M/month ad budget in partnership with a paid media agency, setting up and validating conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, designing and measuring experiments (including landing page tests in Webflow), analyzing funnel performance using HubSpot and HockeyStack, and building AI-powered workflows with tools like Claude, Markifact, and N8N to automate optimizations such as search term negation and budget reallocation. You will also collaborate closely with content, design, and web teams to develop high-performing creative assets and share insights to inform broader marketing strategy.
- • You will join ShareGate’s Demand Generation team within Workleap, a fast-moving, data-driven group focused on pipeline growth through paid media, web optimization, and experimentation. You’ll report directly to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and work alongside a GTM engineer, as well as cross-functional partners in Content, Lifecycle, Partner Marketing, Design, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing to launch integrated campaigns. Over the next 2–3 years, there is a clear path to expand your scope into organic growth, outbound, and partner channels, and to build and lead your own team within Demand Generation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance marketing at scale, gain hands-on experience with AI-driven automation in paid media, and develop leadership skills by owning agency relationships and mentoring junior team members. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the paid strategy for a new product (ShareGate Protect), influence multi-million-dollar ad spend, and contribute to measurable pipeline growth — all while working in a remote-first, innovative tech environment that values experimentation, ownership, and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8 years in performance or growth marketing with hands-on management of paid channels, including direct ownership of $500K+/month in ad spend
- • Proven hands-on management of paid search and paid social at $500K+/month in ad spend
- • Proven track record with Google Ads, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
- • Experience designing and running A/B or multivariate experiments
- • Demonstrated ability to set up and verify conversion tracking end-to-end using Google Tag Manager
- • Familiarity with tools like GA4, HubSpot, and HockeyStack, including experience running landing page tests using Webflow
- • Real AI workflows built using tools like Claude, Markifact, or N8N — ability to articulate what was built, how, and what it unlocked
- • Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- • Curious, results-oriented, and eager to explore new growth levers
