- • As a Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Sponsorships at Deel, you will lead demand generation and publisher sponsorship efforts beyond paid social and search, including sponsored newsletters, advertorials, podcasts, OOH, CTV, and more, driving brand visibility and lead generation across global markets.
- • You will manage campaign budgeting, analyze historical performance, and report on key KPIs to optimize spend and improve ROI across all sponsorship initiatives.
- • You will establish repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management, ensuring operational excellence and scalability while serving as an internal expert on sponsorship strategy and execution.
- • You will collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to identify high-potential partnerships, educate cross-functional stakeholders on performance insights, and drive innovation through data-driven experimentation and AI-enabled analytics.
- • This role is critical to Deel’s mission of scaling global opportunity, as you will help amplify the company’s reach in 150+ countries, supporting its vision to build the infrastructure for the future of work through strategic, measurable sponsorship campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a publisher sponsorship ownership role, preferably in B2B/SaaS, with deep knowledge of media buying metrics (Reach, CPM, CPL, CPC) and performance goals (CPSQO, ROAS).
- • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns with autonomy, agility, and flexibility while collaborating across stakeholders and adapting to fast-changing organizational structures.
- • Strong data-driven mindset with experience setting up dashboards, leveraging analytics tools, and using AI (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Lovable) to automate analysis and accelerate decision-making.
- • Excellent relationship-building skills, with fluency in written and spoken English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams in a remote, distributed environment.
- • Bonus: Experience in hyper-growth startups, HRTech, or FinTech industries, and fluency in additional languages beyond English.
