  • • As a Senior Paid Search Manager at Jellyfish, you will be instrumental in driving impactful paid search strategies for a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients. Reporting directly to the Paid Search Director, you will become a key contributor to our dynamic Paid Search team and the broader Global Paid Media capability. Jellyfish is renowned for its expertise in all facets of Paid Search, and you will play a pivotal role in upholding and advancing this reputation.
  • • Your core responsibility will involve the end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns. This encompasses meticulous setup, continuous monitoring for optimal performance, strategic adjustments, and in-depth performance analysis. You will be the architect and guardian of campaign success, ensuring that every element is aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be the creation and presentation of client-facing reports and studies. These deliverables must not only be data-driven and insightful but also adhere to the stringent Jellyfish brand standards, showcasing our commitment to quality and professionalism in all client communications.
  • • You will actively contribute to Jellyfish's continued growth and success by participating in client pitches and business development initiatives. This involves leveraging your expertise to articulate our value proposition and secure new business opportunities, demonstrating your strategic thinking and client-facing acumen.

  • • A crucial element of this senior role is mentorship. You will guide and develop other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a high-performing team environment. This includes helping to implement comprehensive Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies that are meticulously tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual client.
  • • Maintaining an in-depth, up-to-the-minute understanding of the digital marketing landscape is essential. This includes a deep awareness of Jellyfish's specific marketplace, emerging trends, new ad formats, innovative technical solutions, and ongoing industry projects. You will be a thought leader, anticipating changes and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • • You will be adept at translating complex data into actionable insights, enabling clients to understand campaign performance and make informed strategic decisions. Your ability to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks will be critical to client retention and growth.
