📋 Description

• Senior Paid Search Manager responsible for driving impact within the Paid Search team and Global Paid Media capability at Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency that combines tech, creativity, and data expertise to empower client growth.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include executing and optimizing paid search campaigns for major global brands, managing client-facing reports and presentations, contributing to business development pitches, mentoring team members, and maintaining expertise in evolving digital advertising platforms and strategies.
• Jellyfish is a Google global partner that values diverse perspectives and inclusive collaboration, fostering innovation through a fusion of tech enthusiasts, creative minds, and media and data experts working together to challenge industry norms and deliver influential marketing solutions.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in paid search strategy, client relationship management, and campaign optimization while contributing to process improvement and mentoring others in a high-impact, globally connected marketing environment.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience managing paid search engine campaigns
• Proficiency with platforms such as Search Ads 360, Google Ads, or Microsoft Ads
• Experience managing a small client team and producing high-quality business documents
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to adapt strategies to unforeseen circumstances
• Commitment to building long-term client relationships and adding measurable value to their business
