- • Manage daily operations for a portfolio of Paid Social accounts, including pacing, QA, campaign setup, optimizations, reporting, and insights delivery.
- • Collaborate with client Strategy and Media Planning teams to develop and lead media plans and digital roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
- • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering strategic insights, testing opportunities, and data-driven recommendations that drive performance.
- • Lead weekly team status meetings, delegate tasks and deadlines, and contribute to internal leadership initiatives to improve team effectiveness.
- • Serve as an escalation point for resolving account-level and team-related issues, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- • Retain and grow client revenue by identifying upsell opportunities, expanding campaign scope, and aligning Paid Social efforts with broader marketing objectives.
- • Proactively bring innovative solutions and creative strategies to clients, leveraging emerging trends and platform updates across Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- • Conduct rigorous quality assurance on all campaigns, identifying gaps in processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- • Integrate Paid Social strategies with cross-channel media planning efforts to maximize impact and ensure cohesive client messaging.
- • Coach and mentor junior team members, providing structured feedback during 1:1s to develop their tactical execution, account management, and insight-writing capabilities.
- • Support the documentation and dissemination of best practices in campaign management, ensuring consistency and scalability across the team.
- • Stay ahead of industry developments in Paid Social platforms and share key learnings, tools, and opportunities with the broader Paid Media team.
- • Work closely with the Paid Social Director to implement new processes, improve operational workflows, and elevate team performance standards.
- • Ensure all account processes are consistently followed and improved through data-led analysis and continuous learning.
- • Maintain high standards of organization and autonomy in managing multiple competing priorities without supervision.
- • Utilize data and market insights to inform budget allocation, creative testing, and performance optimization across client accounts.
- • Contribute to the development of client-specific reporting frameworks that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- • Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and global resources to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of Paid Social campaigns.
- • Participate in global initiatives as a representative of the APAC Paid Social team, sharing regional insights with global stakeholders.
- • Demonstrate ownership of account profitability and performance metrics while driving client retention and revenue growth targets.
