- • Senior Paralegal role at Blockdaemon Inc., a global blockchain infrastructure company, supporting legal and compliance functions across commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and marketing in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and managing commercial agreements (SaaS/IaaS, NDAs, vendor, partnership, data processing), maintaining global entity records, supporting board governance, monitoring digital asset regulations, reviewing marketing materials for compliance, and owning legal operations including contract lifecycle management systems and process improvements.
- • The Legal & Compliance team operates with high autonomy, supporting a globally distributed organization that provides blockchain infrastructure to exchanges, custodians, financial institutions, and developers, with a focus on security, compliance, and scalability.
- • The role offers opportunity to deepen expertise in blockchain and digital asset law, lead process improvements in legal operations, manage complex cross-jurisdictional matters, and grow professionally within a rapidly scaling, innovative technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- • Strong background in corporate/commercial law and technology contracts.
- • Proficiency with CLM software (Ironclad, SpotDraft or similar), DocuSign, GSuite/M365.
- • Experience in blockchain, crypto, Web3 or digital asset companies (preferred).
- • Familiarity with digital asset regulations: MiCA, VASP/AMLD5, FCA, FinCEN (preferred).
- • Exposure to GDPR, CCPA or other data protection frameworks (preferred).
