  • • Own the end-to-end design and execution of co-marketing programs with strategic enterprise software partners, starting with Workday, to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and expand BetterUp’s channel presence.
  • • Build and maintain a scalable library of field-ready co-marketing assets—including one-pagers, outcomes briefs, technical overviews, and short videos—that enable BetterUp and partner sales teams to engage buyers at all levels: executive, business decision-maker, and technical buyer.
  • • Plan, execute, and activate on-the-ground at large-scale partner events such as Workday Rising (15,000+ attendees), partner QBRs, Customer Experience Center activations, and targeted joint customer events, ensuring post-event pipeline follow-through with field teams.
  • • Directly manage relationships with partner marketing counterparts to surface joint program opportunities, align on investment priorities, and establish BetterUp as the preferred partner for co-marketing collaboration.
  • • Develop and manage a pipeline of joint customer success stories: identify prospects, secure approvals from BetterUp and partner account executives, and produce multi-format assets for use in events, digital channels, and executive briefings.
  • • Manage the co-marketing budget, including vendor relationships, SOWs with production partners, and ROI-driven decisions on what programs to scale, repeat, or discontinue.
  • • Lead quarterly co-marketing planning cycles with partner stakeholders and report key outcomes to leadership, including pipeline generation, content performance, and program impact metrics.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Creative, Events, Sales, Services, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of partner marketing into BetterUp’s broader go-to-market strategy.
  • • Operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments, building systems and frameworks from scratch rather than relying on existing templates, ensuring scalability and repeatability across regions and teams.
  • • Leverage AI as a force multiplier to enhance content creation, research synthesis, asset iteration, and program planning—demonstrating tangible improvements in quality and efficiency while maintaining human judgment and creativity.
  • • Adapt messaging and tactics to align with two distinct sales cultures: BetterUp’s and those of enterprise software partners, earning mindshare and trust within competitive partner ecosystems.
  • • Ensure all co-marketing assets and programs are designed for use by partner field reps who may never meet you directly, prioritizing clarity, consistency, and ease of adoption.
  • • Stay current on evolving product messaging and partner offerings to continuously update co-marketing materials and ensure alignment with both BetterUp’s and partners’ strategic priorities.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of BetterUp’s AI-forward work culture by experimenting with AI tools, sharing discoveries openly, and helping define best practices for AI-augmented marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8-10+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliances with direct experience building go-to-market motions alongside major enterprise software companies
  • • Experience standing up a partner marketing function or program from scratch, including building infrastructure without existing templates
  • • Proven track record of creating field-ready content for executive, business, and technical buyers that sales teams on both sides actively use
  • • Experience owning event strategy and execution at scale, including on-the-ground activation at large partner conferences like Workday Rising
  • • Fluency in co-sell and channel dynamics, including quota retirement, motivators for partner field reps, and earning mindshare in competitive ecosystems
  • • Comfort navigating two sales cultures simultaneously and adapting approach to each
