📋 Description

• As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at SugarCRM Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving go-to-market strategy and revenue growth through strategic partnerships, directly contributing to the company’s mission of redefining CRM for the age of AI by turning customer and revenue signals into prioritized action.
• Day to day, you will develop and execute partner marketing campaigns, co-create joint value propositions with technology and channel partners, manage partner enablement programs, align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, and measure and report on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
• You will join a global team at SugarCRM united by impact, ownership, and continuous growth, operating in a flexible, trust-based environment where ideas move quickly and innovation is encouraged within the evolving landscape of AI-driven CRM solutions.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B partner marketing, AI-influenced go-to-market strategies, and enterprise sales alignment, while having the opportunity to shape the future of how intelligent CRM solutions are brought to market through ecosystem collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B partner marketing or channel marketing, preferably within the CRM, SaaS, or enterprise technology sector.
• Strong ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with technology partners, including campaign development, co-branded content, and enablement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in measuring and reporting on partner-sourced pipeline, revenue influence, and ROI using marketing analytics and CRM tools.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align partner initiatives with business objectives.
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRM concepts and the ability to articulate how intelligent solutions enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
