- • As a Senior Partner Success Manager at Workato, you will be the first regional hire in EMEA for the Partner Success department, playing a pivotal role in building and scaling the global function from the ground up. You will own a strategic portfolio of high-priority partners, including Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), large System Integrators (SIs), and priority boutique SIs, acting as their trusted advisor to drive maturity, scale, and joint customer success.
- • Your day-to-day will involve building deep relationships with partner leadership, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs), advising on practice structure and service offerings, guiding co-delivery motions, supporting deal pursuits, monitoring project health, and ensuring alignment between partners and internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services. You will also advocate for partner needs while maintaining accountability, and serve as the internal expert on partner capabilities and performance.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in partner-led go-to-market strategies, enterprise SaaS delivery models, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have the opportunity to shape processes, influence partner success at scale, and grow into a leadership position as the EMEA function expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Partner Success, Professional Services, Customer Success, or related roles in an Enterprise SaaS environment, with a strong track record of driving partner performance and customer outcomes.
- • Demonstrated success in building or scaling delivery practices, including service offering design, project management, and go-to-market execution within professional services or consulting contexts.
- • Experience managing a portfolio of global or enterprise partners (GSIs, SIs), including enforcing certification requirements, guiding co-delivery approaches, and aligning partner activities with revenue goals such as pipeline, bookings, and expansion.
- • Technical fluency in iPaaS or enterprise orchestration concepts sufficient to assess integration project feasibility, timelines, and delivery quality, ideally backed by hands-on implementation or architecture experience.
- • Strong skills in relationship building, communication, project execution, data-driven decision making, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
