  • • Manage, audit, and reconcile student records between Risepoint’s CRM (Salesforce) and university partner systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • • Validate, clean, and standardize data from multiple sources to maintain consistency and reliability across EMEA operations.
  • • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and external university partners.
  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver regular performance and engagement reports that inform business decisions.
  • • Analyze student lifecycle and performance data at programme, vertical, and portfolio levels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth in enrollments, retention, and cost efficiency.
  • • Develop hypotheses and conduct root cause analysis to explain changes in key metrics and emerging patterns across the student journey.
  • • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations to secure stakeholder buy-in and drive action.
  • • Create tools to manage, track, and reconcile program performance data against business projections to improve forecasting accuracy and identify new opportunities.
  • • Monitor emerging consumer and societal trends across industries using paid and free data sources to uncover innovation opportunities for partnership growth.
  • • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities in pricing, content, and approach that inform competitive differentiation and support business development discussions.
  • • Develop enrollment projections in collaboration with marketing teams based on market data for current and prospective university partners.
  • • Collaborate with the Product Innovation team to provide actionable market insights and relevant data to support business development activities.
  • • Ensure accurate, reliable, and well-maintained data sources underpin all EMEA business operations, with a focus on automation where feasible.
  • • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational reporting challenges to minimize delays and errors.
  • • Deliver insights that directly influence strategic planning, operational optimization, and student lifecycle improvements.
  • • Support cross-functional alignment between UK and US teams to enable informed, coordinated decision-making across the student journey.
  • • Drive measurable improvements in enrollment growth, retention rates, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations.
  • • Ensure stakeholder adoption and utilization of dashboards, reports, and analytical insights through clear communication and tailored delivery.
  • • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by adapting quickly to shifting priorities and maintaining high standards of accuracy and impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • • Strong Salesforce data experience, including data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
  • • Comprehensive knowledge of statistics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • • Experience developing reporting, analysis, forecasting, or performance tracking tools.
  • • Must reside in the United Kingdom.
