📋 Description

• • The Senior Payment Accuracy Advisor (PAA) plays a key role in implementing and maintaining ClaimsXten (CXT) rules and rule logic to support client payment accuracy initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare payers and providers.
• • Day to day, the Senior PAA partners with customers as part of a Service Delivery Team to understand claim systems, payment policies, and data integrations; facilitates discovery sessions and workshops to elicit and document requirements; troubleshoots rule-related issues; collaborates on testing and QA; utilizes Jira, Salesforce, and CRB tools; and ensures project milestones are met for accurate invoicing.
