As a Senior Payroll Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for our employees, while also serving as a go-to resource and mentor for junior team members. - • In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll data, meticulously managing all aspects from data input to final disbursement. This includes overseeing the accurate recording and maintenance of employee information, ensuring that all details related to salaries, wages, hours worked, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions are up-to-date and reflect current employment terms. A critical part of your responsibility will involve the rigorous verification and reconciliation of employee data, cross-referencing various sources to identify and rectify any discrepancies, thereby guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of each payroll run. This attention to detail is paramount in preventing errors and ensuring employee satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in payroll processing, with a strong emphasis on Hong Kong payroll regulations and compliance.
- • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
