🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • • In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements as they pertain to payroll.
  • • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation.
