  • • In this pivotal role as a Senior Payroll Associate, you will be an integral part of our global payroll operations, with a specific focus on Singapore payroll. You will leverage your extensive expertise to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for our diverse employee base. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will not only manage complex payroll tasks but also serve as a mentor and guide to junior members of the payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end oversight of payroll processing. This includes meticulously managing and maintaining employee data, ensuring the accuracy of records related to salaries, wages, hours worked, and all applicable deductions and contributions. You will be instrumental in verifying and reconciling employee data, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain the integrity of our payroll system.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves providing specialized support for Singapore payroll tax calculations and filings. You will ensure adherence to all local statutory requirements, staying abreast of any changes in legislation that may impact payroll processing. Your proactive approach will be key to maintaining compliance and mitigating risks associated with payroll operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in payroll processing, with a strong emphasis on Singapore payroll regulations and practices.
  • • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • • Strong understanding of Singapore payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
