• • Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist role at Vultr, a leading global cloud infrastructure company, responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and benefits administration for a distributed U.S. workforce.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end bi-weekly multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees, administering U.S. benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, voluntary), partnering with Finance on payroll reconciliations and reporting, maintaining compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and serving as the SME for payroll and benefits inquiries.
• • The People Operations team at Vultr supports a fast-growing, innovative technology company with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience, working closely with leadership, Finance, and external vendors to scale programs effectively.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in multi-state payroll tax compliance, benefits program administration, HRIS/payroll integrations, and regulatory reporting, while contributing to process improvements and gaining exposure to scalable People Operations systems in a high-growth tech environment.
