Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • We're looking for an exceptional Senior People Partner to help us build the organisation we need for what comes next.
- • This is a broad, influential role combining senior People partnering with Employee Relations, organisational change and leadership of People Operations.
- • You'll be comfortable moving between strategy and delivery, challenging leaders on organisational design, navigating complex ER situations, supporting acquisition integration or working out how we make our People operations simpler and more scalable.
- • You'll work closely with our Chief People Officer, partnering with senior leaders, coaching managers to become stronger leaders and build high-performing teams as we scale.
- • You'll translate business priorities into People plans, identifying organisational risks, capability gaps and opportunities.
- • You'll use data, insight and good judgement to influence decisions and build compelling business cases.
- • You'll lead and support restructures, consultations and complex change where required.
- • You'll help shape our organisational design, structures and capabilities for the next stage of growth.
- • You'll work closely with Talent and Finance on workforce planning, headcount and people budgets.
- • You'll lead complex ER across performance, capability, absence, disciplinary, grievance and exits.
- • You'll bring excellent UK employment law knowledge alongside strong working knowledge of European and international employment practices.
- • You'll coach managers to confidently handle difficult people situations rather than creating dependency on People.
- • You'll navigate sensitive situations with sound judgement, pace and commercial pragmatism.
- • You'll lead our People Operations capability and manage and develop our People Operations Analyst.
- • You'll own scalable employee lifecycle processes, policies, employment documentation and People controls.
- • You'll make HiBob work brilliantly, increasing automation, self-service and operational efficiency.
- • You'll manage our international EOR arrangements and support our growing international population.
- • You'll use People data and tools such as Ravio to generate insight and inform reward, workforce and organisational decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience partnering with and constructively challenging senior leaders.
- • Excellent UK employment law and complex ER expertise.
- • Strong international People experience, ideally across Europe and EOR arrangements; US and/or South African experience would be a bonus.
- • Experience of M&A, integration or significant organisational transformation.
- • Strong organisational design, workforce planning and change capability.
- • Experience owning People Operations, systems and scalable processes.
- • Commercial judgement; you can connect People decisions to business outcomes and aren't afraid to make a recommendation.
- • Experience managing and developing others.
- • Confidence with People technology; HiBob and Ravio experience would be a bonus.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Enhanced annual leave of 26 days per annum (plus an additional day for your birthday).
- • Private Medical care through Bupa.
- • Employee Incentive Scheme.

- • Hybrid Working.
- • Top spec equipment including laptop, mouse, keyboard, monitor.
- • Anniversary gifts.
- • Monthly breakfasts, drinks, snacks and events.
- • Team Learning & Development budget.
