- • As a Senior People Partner at Perk.com Inc., you will partner closely with senior leaders across North America to embed 'Best for Perk' people strategies that drive business impact and support the company’s high-performance culture during a period of rapid growth and integration.
- • Day to day, you will act as a trusted advisor to VPs in Sales, Supplier Partnerships, and AmTrav, lead and develop a People Partner on your team, co-create ways of working to drive performance at scale, champion employee experience, lead through change with empathy and structure, and apply a data-first mindset to inform decisions using people insights.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in aligning people strategy with business objectives in a hypergrowth tech environment, strengthen your stakeholder management and coaching skills, gain experience leading organizational design and change initiatives, and build a track record of embedding people strategies into day-to-day business decisions that improve engagement, performance, and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a Senior People Partner role partnering with Sales/Revenue organizations or emerging products in fast-growing tech companies
- • Proven global experience, ideally within a centralized business operating across multiple markets, with North America being a must-have
- • Strong understanding of organizational design, high performance culture, leadership development, and change management
- • A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to know when to challenge and when to support
- • A commercial approach to people work, focusing on impact, data, and action while balancing colleague experience
- • Experience developing and enabling leaders through methods such as skills gap analysis, designing, delivering, and measuring training programs
