- • Senior People Partner role focused on partnering with senior leaders across North America to embed people strategies that drive business impact and support Perk’s growth journey to One Perk.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a trusted partner to VPs in Sales, Supplier Partnerships, and AmTrav; leading and developing a People Partner; driving high performance at scale; building foundations for growth through compensation and role design; championing employee experience; leading through change with empathy; and applying a data-first mindset to inform decisions.
- • Perk is a global travel and spend management platform trusted by over 10,000 companies, with more than 1,800 employees across 12 offices, headquartered in London and Boston, and driven by values like ownership, 7-star experiences, and working as one team.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership capabilities, influence senior stakeholders, embed people strategy into business decisions, and contribute to a high-performance culture while gaining experience in scaling HR functions in a fast-growing, global tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a Senior People Partner role partnering Sales/Revenue organisations or emerging products in fast-growing tech companies
- • Proven global experience, ideally within a centralised business operating across multiple markets with North America being a must-have
- • Strong understanding of organisational design, high performance culture, leadership development, and change management
- • A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge and support appropriately
- • Experience developing and enabling leaders through methods such as skills gap analysis, designing, delivering, and measuring training programmes
