📋 Description
- • As a Senior People Programs Manager at Wrapbook, you will design and lead high-impact, company-wide People programs that strengthen engagement, leadership capability, performance, and connection across the organization, directly linking People initiatives to business outcomes.
- • You will lead planning and execution of major company moments such as the annual offsite, own end-to-end project management of People initiatives, build program infrastructure including charters and success metrics, and drive All Hands alignment and accountability across the Senior Leadership Team.
- • You will apply a modern, applied approach to learning and development by creating modular, embedded learning experiences, developing internal content like manager toolkits and workshop materials, and partnering with leaders to diagnose organizational needs and deliver right-sized solutions.
- • You will own the strategic effort to define how AI intersects with People leadership, translate that into concrete programs such as AI-augmented leadership curricula, use AI tools to enhance content creation and feedback loops, and help the People team build practical AI fluency.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic program design, AI-enabled HR innovation, and measurable impact reporting, while gaining influence with senior leadership and shaping how a modern tech company develops its people and culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in People, HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related fields
- • Proven success leading end-to-end, company-wide programs such as engagement surveys, leadership initiatives, or DEIB efforts
- • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) to meaningfully improve work, not just familiarity
