- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and improving preboarding and onboarding experiences, serving as an internal Ashby expert, managing employee data integrity, creating automated workflows, analyzing people and recruiting data, building dashboards, and partnering cross-functionally to support talent programs and operational improvements.
- • SimSpace is an AI Proving Ground founded by experts from U.S. Cyber Command and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, serving allied governments, militaries, and enterprises with realistic, live-fire cyber simulation platforms that compress readiness cycles from months to days.
- • The role offers significant ownership and autonomy to identify inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and drive improvements in employee experience, talent operations, and technology adoption—directly impacting how employees thrive from offer acceptance through their career journey.

- • Deep experience with Ashby and enthusiasm for maximizing its capabilities
- • Strong data analysis skills with ability to uncover insights, trends, and stories in people and recruiting data
- • Proven ability to build workflows, automations, and scalable systems that improve accuracy and employee experience
- • Systems thinking mindset with curiosity to identify root causes and proactively solve problems
- • Experience partnering cross-functionally with recruiting, people teams, hiring managers, and employees
- • Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences balanced with operational excellence
