📋 Description

• Senior Performance Creative Strategist role focused on leading creative strategy and messaging across paid social accounts, driving performance through data-informed creative direction.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading creative strategy from brief to execution, conducting performance-driven research, developing high-converting concepts, writing and guiding copy, collaborating with design and media buying teams, mentoring junior creatives, presenting ideas to clients and internal teams, translating performance data into creative improvements, and staying ahead of emerging trends and cultural shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional writing ability, ideally in short-form, digital-first content with a portfolio that shows the same
• Strategic and creative mindset — equal parts intuitive and data-informed
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, platform algorithms, and brand storytelling
• Track record of developing performance-first creative that drives real business results and interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots
• Confident leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire creative teams
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Experience with performance creative and a data-driven creative approach
• Strong portfolio showcasing thinking, copywriting, and performance creativity across short-form and visual-first content
• Comfort with interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots (experience with MotionApp is a plus)
• Experience collaborating across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced environment
