- • Senior Performance Marketer responsible for driving user acquisition and scaling paid media campaigns to support EverAI’s mission of growing its AI companionship platform from 50M to 100M users in 12 months and beyond.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and scaling paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, etc.), running high-velocity creative and audience tests, analyzing performance via GA4 and Voluum, optimizing landing funnels, managing media partnerships, and building automation systems for efficient campaign execution.
- • EverAI is a fast-growing, fully remote AI company with ~75 employees, backed by a founding team with proven success in scaling and exiting tech ventures, including IPOs. The company is building the world’s largest AI companionship platform, guided by its ethical AI moderation system, EverGuard.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in performance marketing at scale, lead cross-functional initiatives with product and creative teams, and directly contribute to category-defining growth in a high-impact, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
- • Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
- • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms
- • Analytical fluency in GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard-based reporting
- • Strong creative instincts: ability to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate quickly
- • Experience optimizing landing pages and improving funnel conversion rates
