📋 Description

• Senior Performance Marketer responsible for driving user acquisition and scaling paid media campaigns to support EverAI’s mission of reaching 100M users in 12 months and 500M beyond.
• Own and optimize paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Native, ASA), run high-velocity creative and audience testing, manage budgets from $300K–$1M+/month, and improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention through data-driven iteration.
• Collaborate with product, content, and analytics teams to build scalable funnels, refine landing pages, implement automation systems, and maintain reporting frameworks using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Build relationships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements, stay ahead of platform changes, and explore new channels while contributing to a high-performance, fully remote team focused on ethical AI innovation and exponential growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard interpretation
• Strong creative instincts: ability to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate creatives rapidly
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion rates
