📋 Description

• Senior Performance Marketer responsible for owning and scaling paid acquisition campaigns to drive user growth from 30M to 100M+ within 12 months, working directly with the CMO to execute high-velocity testing and optimization.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid media budgets of $300K–$1M+/month across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google; analyzing performance via GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards; owning creative briefing and landing page optimization; building reporting frameworks; and identifying automation opportunities to scale efficiently.
• Ever AI Technologies Inc. is a fast-growing AI company with 50M+ users, building the world’s largest AI companionship platform governed by its proprietary ethical AI system, EverGuard. The team of ~75 includes serial entrepreneurs with backgrounds in scaling web products to IPO, operating fully remote with a culture of ownership, speed, and innovation.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in scaling high-impact user acquisition in a high-growth AI environment, master cross-channel performance marketing, build scalable systems and SOPs, and contribute directly to category-defining product growth while working alongside proven tech leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native advertising platforms
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard usage
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion
• Strong creative instincts: ability to write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate rapidly
