- • Senior Performance Marketer responsible for owning and scaling paid acquisition campaigns to drive user growth from 30M to 100M in 12 months, working directly with the CMO to execute high-velocity testing and optimization.
- • Day-to-day activities include managing paid media spend across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms; monitoring performance via GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards; owning creative briefing and landing page optimization; building reporting frameworks; and exploring new channels and partnerships.
- • Ever AI Technologies Inc. is a fast-growing AI company with 50M users, building the world’s largest AI companionship platform, backed by a founding team with proven success in scaling startups to IPO and backed by ethical AI governance via EverGuard.
- • The role offers the opportunity to scale campaigns to 3x+ budget, improve CAC and ROAS, lead 0-to-1 testing in new channels, and contribute to category-defining growth in AI companionship while working with a high-talent, fully remote team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
- • Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend
- • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
- • Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards
- • Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast
- • Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion
