- • As a Senior Performance QA Engineer at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, speed, stability, and endurance of Bill ReviewIQ’s product suite under load, directly impacting client experience and system reliability in a mission-driven organization serving 33,000 colleagues globally.
- • You will collaborate with globally distributed teams of developers, testers, architects, and product managers to design, develop, and execute automated performance test scenarios using industry-standard tools like NeoLoad, JMeter, and LoadRunner, while maintaining and improving testing frameworks and procedures.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting performance testing, analyzing results to identify root causes, coordinating corrective actions, defining and reporting performance-based metrics and SLAs, performing release-level sign-offs, and providing final performance summary reports.
- • You will implement performance profiling strategies, triage issues in downstream server environments, monitor multi-tiered enterprise applications across Windows and Linux systems, and optimize tests for both front-end UI and back-end components including databases, application servers, and services.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in DevTestOps practices, continuous testing, and emerging technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Jenkins, and ELK, while assuming leadership in complex performance modeling and influencing product quality at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- • 7+ years of performance testing experience with enterprise applications built on Java/J2EE, including 2+ years in a performance test leadership role.
- • Expertise with performance testing tools (NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner), scripting languages, database testing, monitoring multi-tiered applications, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Jenkins, ELK, Jira, and Agile/DevTestOps methodologies.
