- • As a Senior Platform AI Engineer at Drata, you will build and maintain the production infrastructure that powers AI features across the compliance platform, enabling reliable and efficient AI agent workflows.
- • You will design and operate MCP servers, agent orchestration systems, LLM lifecycle management, and RAG infrastructure, focusing on model comprehension, token efficiency, and system reliability.
- • You will collaborate with agent developers, product engineers, and SRE partners to minimize the time to launch new AI agents in production while ensuring quality and scalability.
- • You will own end-to-end AI infrastructure decisions, from prompt debugging to Terraform deployment, and build systems that improve team velocity through reliable platform primitives and observability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years building or operating AI/ML infrastructure in production
- • Strong proficiency in Python; experience with TypeScript/Node.js is a nice-to-have
- • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, vector databases, AI orchestration platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred: ECS, S3, Bedrock), container orchestration, IaC, CI/CD, API design, and distributed systems
