- • Lead the design and delivery of Braze platform solutions across client engagements by translating marketing and data requirements into scalable, technical implementations.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams including account, operations, and engineering to deliver Braze implementations from discovery through launch.
- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, clearly explaining platform capabilities, solution tradeoffs, and technical constraints in practical, non-technical terms.
- • Configure data feeds, platform settings, and campaign workflows directly within the Braze platform to meet client objectives.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project priorities, timelines, scope, and technical approach, ensuring shared understanding across teams.
- • Support project planning by contributing to scope definition, estimation, and identification of dependencies to enable accurate delivery timelines.
- • Troubleshoot data integration issues, platform errors, and campaign performance problems using Braze tools, documentation, and internal team resources.
- • Stay current with evolving Braze platform features, updates, and broader marketing technology trends to ensure solutions remain innovative and effective.
- • Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge repositories, and best practices to improve team-wide consistency and efficiency in delivery.
- • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, or delivery methodologies for improved client outcomes and operational efficiency.
- • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members when needed, fostering a culture of shared learning and technical excellence.
- • Ensure all platform solutions adhere to client requirements while maintaining technical integrity, scalability, and alignment with Braze’s architectural standards.
- • Balance multiple client projects simultaneously with support from project or team leads, maintaining high-quality delivery under changing priorities.
- • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, bridging gaps between marketing teams and engineering resources.
- • Maintain a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving, ensuring solutions are repeatable, documented, and adaptable for future use.
- • Work in alignment with Dentsu’s hybrid work model, with employees in commutable distance to Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, or New York City expected to work in-office three days per week (two days in Los Angeles); remote employees must remain flexible to meet client and company needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Braze platform
- • Experience supporting cross-channel marketing (Email, Push, SMS, In-App, or similar)
- • Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
