- • Senior Platform Engineer responsible for building and improving the internal platform that simplifies day-to-day engineering work, drives operational excellence, and enhances infrastructure reliability across critical systems.
- • Design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS; develop and maintain distributed systems; collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation, monitoring, and logging; manage containerized applications via Kubernetes; participate in platform roadmap development; ensure security, compliance, and regulatory adherence; own end-to-end platform development from design to delivery.
- • Alternative Payments Ltd. is building the financial operating system for SMBs, consolidating disconnected tech stacks for service-based businesses. Starting with MSPs, the company has spent five years perfecting accounts receivable and is now expanding into accounts payable, AI-powered analytics, and beyond. The company is at an inflection point, closing the loop on money movement and laying the foundation for a platform that will reshape how service businesses operate financially.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a platform engineering role with focus on distributed systems, AWS, and Kubernetes
- • Strong experience with agentic coding and platform development, focusing on building scalable and secure systems
- • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions
- • In-depth experience with distributed systems, including design patterns, scalability, and fault tolerance
- • Strong focus on automation with experience using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
- • Proactive mindset with ability to solve complex problems, drive projects independently, and continuously innovate reliability practices
- • Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders
