- • Senior PMO Analyst role supporting a high-profile £1 billion, 12-year Royal Navy training transformation programme (Selborne) led by Capita and Team Fisher consortium.
- • Own and improve core PMO services including RAID management, change control, document management, planning alignment, resourcing support, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Join the Selborne team within Capita, working on a defence-focused programme with partners including Raytheon UK, Fujitsu, and the University of Lincoln, delivering modernised military education through simulators and data analytics.
- • Develop expertise in programme governance, security-cleared environments, and large-scale transformation delivery while building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
