- • As a Senior Portfolio Manager at Autodesk, you ensure leadership makes the right decisions by translating complex execution into clear, usable context, directly impacting how AI, data, interoperability, and infrastructure investments drive real business outcomes.
- • You will support leaders in high-stakes decision-making by framing tradeoffs, checking reality behind status reports, surfacing critical signals, protecting investments through financial and strategic analysis, and leveraging internal AI tools to automate workflows and generate insights.
- • You’ll join the Platform Portfolio Team—a small, high-impact group that acts as the 'reality check' for Platform strategy, partnering with Technical Program Management and Analytics & Insights to ensure decisions reflect execution reality, not just slide decks.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your ability to connect day-to-day work to business outcomes, master AI-enabled portfolio management, influence VP-level tradeoff discussions, and shape how Autodesk’s platform evolves to be viable and adoptable at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10 years leading project, program, or portfolio management in high-stakes, complex technical environments
- • 3-5 years of direct accountability for a portfolio of $150M+ investment scope with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes
- • 2+ years of direct accountability for portfolio investment health based on quantitative financial KPIs such as labor costs, margin protection, and ROI
- • Direct participation in portfolio, prioritization, and/or strategic planning processes for organizations with 7K+ employees
- • Proven ability to engage directly with VPs to raise risks and drive difficult tradeoff discussions
- • Experience building or turning around a portfolio function from scratch, including operating model and data strategy (preferred)
- • Airtable and JIRA power user experience, including building and managing complex workflows, data models, and reporting (preferred)
