📋 Description
- • Lead the development and scaling of Google Ads as a core user acquisition channel, aiming to match or exceed Meta’s performance in scale and efficiency.
- • Design, launch, and optimize Demand Gen, Search, and Display campaigns with a focus on web subscription funnels, driving monthly budgets to $1M+.
- • Execute structured, high-volume creative testing programs, analyzing performance signals to identify winning visuals and messaging, and directly influence creative direction with the design team.
- • Monitor and interpret KPIs across Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and Amplitude to translate data into actionable growth strategies, not just reports.
- • Build and enhance automation workflows using autorules, scripts, n8n, and AI tools to reduce manual tasks, accelerate iteration cycles, and improve campaign efficiency.
- • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging ad formats, and competitive tactics in paid search and performance marketing, proactively converting insights into testable hypotheses.
- • Collaborate closely with the Meta UA team and cross-functional marketers to share performance learnings, align channel strategies, and amplify results across platforms.
- • Own end-to-end campaign architecture, including funnel configurations, targeting parameters, bid strategies, and conversion tracking setups to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
- • Use performance data to explain business outcomes in terms of LTV, customer acquisition cost, and unit economics, ensuring decisions are grounded in measurable impact.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup, data accuracy, and reporting, with full ownership of campaign performance and optimization outcomes.
- • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation pipelines already in place to scale testing and operational efficiency, while also designing new systems from scratch when needed.
- • Work in a fast-paced, test-driven environment with minimal bureaucracy—hypotheses are deployed rapidly, and decisions are made based on performance data.
- • Contribute to a culture of ownership where impact, not titles, drives career progression and responsibility.
- • Begin with focused Google Ads leadership and expand scope to multi-channel user acquisition as the business scales across Leaply’s wellness ecosystem.
- • Operate with fluency in English (B2 or higher) to communicate insights, collaborate globally, and align with cross-regional teams across the US, Europe, and LATAM.
- • Contribute to Leaply’s mission by helping millions build healthier habits through scalable, data-driven user acquisition that turns awareness into sustained behavior change.
