- • You will be the driving force behind modernizing our Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes optimizing content workflows, fostering seamless collaboration across diverse departments, and ultimately improving our success rates in securing new business.
- • A key responsibility will be to act as a rapid responder to RFP process breakdowns, conducting thorough root-cause analyses and implementing robust, sustainable fixes. This proactive approach will involve retraining teams and embedding best practices to prevent future issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient proposal lifecycle.
- • You will champion the strategic use of technology to streamline proposal management. This involves leveraging platforms such as Responsive (CRM), advanced content repositories, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies to significantly enhance proposal readiness and make content more accessible and reusable across the organization.
- • The role demands a strategic approach to content governance, managing the entire proposal content lifecycle. You will partner closely with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, product development, and consultant relations to ensure all content accurately reflects Prime's current capabilities, value propositions, and evolving client needs.

- • This role requires a forward-thinking mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to improve how Prime approaches content management for proposals, ultimately contributing to enhanced finalist outcomes and a stronger competitive position in the market.
- • You will be accountable for ensuring that our messaging is consistent, persuasive, and directly supports our overarching business goals, making a tangible impact on Prime's growth and success.
- • The Senior Principal will also be expected to contribute to other assigned duties, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting the broader objectives of the organization.
