• • Own the technical heartbeat of every enterprise deal. You will architect end-to-end demonstrations that translate trillion-dollar supply-chain decisions into crisp, visual stories—showing how Lyric’s AI platform can optimize networks, allocate inventory, schedule routes, promise orders, and simulate scenarios in minutes instead of months.
• • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives from first call to signed contract. You will run discovery workshops that surface hidden pain points, scope high-impact Proofs of Concept (PoCs), author Statements of Work (SOWs), and design success criteria that map directly to Fortune 500 KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, and transportation cost per unit.
• • Build and deliver live, data-driven demos that resonate with both data-science teams and C-suite executives. Using Python, SQL, and Lyric’s open APIs, you will ingest real customer data, spin up optimization models, and present interactive dashboards that make ROI tangible—often within a single sales meeting.
• • Act as the customer’s trusted technical advisor throughout the entire lifecycle. You will translate supply-chain jargon into AI terminology and vice versa, ensuring every stakeholder—from VP of Supply Chain to Chief Data Officer—understands how Lyric fits into their existing tech stack and strategic roadmap.
• • Influence Lyric’s product direction with field intelligence. You will funnel customer feedback into actionable feature requests, prioritize roadmap items with Product and Engineering, and beta-test new modules so that our platform evolves faster than the market.
• • Design repeatable, scalable presales assets. You will create modular demo environments, reusable Jupyter notebooks, and template SOWs that cut preparation time by 50 % and empower junior Solutions Engineers to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
• • Mentor and upskill the broader presales team. Through weekly enablement sessions, code reviews, and win-loss retrospectives, you will raise the technical bar across the organization and ensure every deal benefits from collective expertise.
• • Champion Lyric at industry events, webinars, and customer advisory boards. You will distill complex optimization algorithms into relatable narratives that position Lyric as the definitive enterprise AI platform for supply-chain decision intelligence.
• • Deliver hands-on PoCs that move at start-up speed. In two- to six-week sprints, you will stand up data pipelines, configure optimization models, and generate executive-ready insights that convert skeptical prospects into enthusiastic customers.
• • Balance technical depth with commercial acumen. You will quantify business value in dollars and days, negotiate technical win-win outcomes, and ensure every scoped solution is both visionary and implementable within customer constraints.
