- • The Senior Privacy Analyst (Oversight and Monitoring) role at Prime Therapeutics is critical to ensuring the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and contractual privacy requirements, particularly concerning the protection and access to protected health information (PHI). This position supports Prime’s mission to connect care for those it serves by maintaining a robust privacy program that prevents, detects, and remediates privacy risks.
- • Day to day, the analyst will collaborate with privacy leadership, clients, and internal business partners to maintain privacy materials; conduct HIPAA compliance assessments and privacy impact assessments; research and apply federal and state privacy laws (including HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state consumer privacy laws); develop and oversee corrective action plans; advise teams as a privacy subject matter expert; manage third-party vendor privacy risk; support AI governance framework development; contribute to privacy policy and procedure creation; deliver privacy training; monitor and investigate privacy complaints and incidents; track and resolve compliance issues; participate in privacy champion programs; and build positive client relationships.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Political Science, Legal, Juris Doctor, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience; HS diploma or GED required
- • 5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, project, or program coordination role within a highly regulated industry
- • 1 year of experience working with HIPAA and state or federal privacy laws
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and present complex privacy concepts to diverse audiences
- • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- • Demonstrated process improvement experience
- • Ability to interpret and apply ambiguous, evolving, or overlapping regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based guidance
- • Ability to analyze data flows through technical and operational processes to identify privacy risk points
- • Experience performing second-line oversight, monitoring, or independent review of privacy controls, assessments, or operational practices
