Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Analyst at PhotoRoom SAS, you will establish the product analytics function from the ground up, bringing analytical rigor to product decision-making that directly impacts how 300+ million users create studio-level product images using AI technology. Your work will shape the roadmap for a profitable, fast-growing company serving both individual creators and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through its B2C app and B2B API solutions.
- • You will conduct deep-dive analysis of feature success, retention drivers, and long-term engagement patterns to generate actionable insights that inform product roadmap decisions, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to bring a data lens to ideation and concept evaluation throughout the product development lifecycle.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and structuring A/B tests with statistical rigor — covering experiment design, sample size calculations, and result analysis using cohort analysis and causal inference methods — while creating analytics frameworks and event taxonomies to maintain data quality in partnership with the data platform team.
- • You will enable Product Manager self-service by developing tooling, documentation, and light-touch support, leveraging AI tools and MCP integrations to turbocharge analyses and scale impact across the organization.
- • You will apply advanced behavioral and statistical analysis methods such as behavioral clustering, propensity score matching, and regression modeling to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches, communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • By joining PhotoRoom, you will have the opportunity to build and scale a critical analytics function in a profitable, remote-friendly company with Series B funding targeting 40% year-over-year growth, working alongside 100+ passionate builders focused on craft, innovation, and collaboration.
- • You will develop expertise in AI-powered product analytics, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and methodologies while contributing to a product that processes over 5 billion images annually and empowers entrepreneurs worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years of experience in product analytics or data science with deep familiarity in A/B testing, experiment design, and cohort analysis using platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude (mobile app experience is a plus)
- • Proven ability to apply behavioral and statistical analysis methods including behavioral clustering, propensity score matching, and regression modeling to deliver actionable product insights
- • Fluency in SQL and Python with strong technical skills for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- • Strong product sense to generate product and behavioral hypotheses from data insights and experiment results, translating business questions into structured analytical approaches
- • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey data insights, limitations, and approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences, with comfort using AI tools to enhance analytical output
🏖️ Benefits
- • Work flexibly from Germany, UK, Italy, France, Ireland, Portugal, or Spain, with monthly Paris office visits fully reimbursed
- • 30 days annual leave plus local public holidays, plus a competitive equity package with stock options/BSPCE offering ownership in the growing company
- • €1,000 annual learning and development budget for training, courses, books, and skill development, plus access to personalized mental health support via MokaCare including 1:1 therapy or coaching sessions
- • €1,000 one-time home office grant OR €400 per month co-working space stipend, along with sports and cultural activities reimbursement and relocation support up to €10k for those moving to France
