• • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving product analytics by serving as the dedicated analytical leader for the Zable app. Your primary focus will be to gain a profound understanding of user behavior and the key drivers of engagement, thereby identifying opportunities that offer the highest potential for growth and improvement. You will develop and meticulously maintain essential product metrics, comprehensive dashboards, and robust reporting frameworks. These tools will provide critical visibility into user behavior patterns, the overall health of the app, and its business performance, enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization. Furthermore, you will conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, segmenting users based on various characteristics and examining lifecycle patterns to pinpoint areas for growth and identify existing friction points within the user journey. A key aspect of this role involves applying advanced data science techniques to construct predictive models. These models will forecast user behavior, predict churn risk, and estimate uplift from various interventions, providing proactive insights to inform product development and strategic planning.
