  • • PhotoRoom SAS, a rapidly growing and highly successful AI photo editing company, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to spearhead the development of its product analytics function. Since its launch in 2020 and acceptance into Y Combinator, PhotoRoom has achieved remarkable success, becoming the world's most popular AI photo editor with over 300 million downloads and processing more than 5 billion images annually. Serving a diverse user base from individual creators to enterprise clients like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through its B2C app and B2B API solutions, PhotoRoom is a profitable, remote-friendly company that has secured Series B funding and is committed to achieving 40% year-over-year growth. Our collaborative team of over 100 passionate individuals is dedicated to innovation, craft, and delivering exceptional value to entrepreneurs and businesses globally.
  • • As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be instrumental in embedding deep analytical rigor into our product decision-making processes. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to inform product strategy, meticulously design and analyze A/B tests, and establish robust analytics frameworks that empower data-driven product development. You will be a key contributor to shaping the future of our product by uncovering insights that drive user engagement, feature adoption, and overall product success.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass conducting in-depth analyses to understand feature performance, identify key drivers of user retention, and decipher long-term engagement patterns. These deep dives will yield actionable insights crucial for refining our product roadmap and strategic planning. You will act as a critical data partner throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from initial ideation and concept evaluation to feature launch and iteration. This includes bringing a data-centric perspective to product planning sessions, ensuring that hypotheses are rigorously tested and that product decisions are grounded in empirical evidence.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves the design and structuring of A/B tests. You will be responsible for ensuring the statistical integrity of experiments, from defining clear hypotheses and calculating appropriate sample sizes to analyzing results using advanced methodologies such as cohort analysis and causal inference. This ensures that we can confidently attribute changes in user behavior to specific product interventions. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining our analytics frameworks and event taxonomy. This involves partnering closely with the data platform team to guarantee the quality, consistency, and cleanliness of our data sources, creating a reliable foundation for all analytical work.
  • • To empower our Product Managers and other stakeholders, you will develop self-service capabilities through intuitive tooling, comprehensive documentation, and responsive support. Leveraging AI tools and MCP integrations, you will aim to accelerate the pace of analysis and scale the impact of data insights across the organization. This proactive approach to enabling others ensures that data-driven decision-making becomes a pervasive aspect of our product culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product sense, enabling them to generate compelling product and behavioral hypotheses derived from data insights and experiment outcomes. You will be adept at translating complex business questions into well-defined analytical approaches, ultimately driving product innovation and user satisfaction. Your ability to communicate complex data insights, including their limitations and underlying methodologies, to both technical and non-technical audiences will be paramount to your success in this role.
  • • This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the product analytics function at a fast-growing, innovative company. You will have a direct impact on the product strategy and success of a globally recognized application, working in a dynamic, remote-first environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
