- • You will establish and champion AI-powered governance workflows, ensuring that telemetry data is automatically standardized and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to maintain dynamic data dictionaries and a definitive "single source of truth" for our data assets.
- • Conduct in-depth, comprehensive data analysis of product usage patterns and financial data to meticulously identify emerging trends, understand user behaviors, and quantify the corresponding business impact, thereby directly informing critical development decisions.
- • Develop, implement, and maintain a balanced and insightful set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) designed to accurately assess the success of product initiatives, encompassing crucial areas such as product adoption rates, direct revenue impact, and customer retention metrics.
- • Create and deliver clear, data-driven reports and impactful presentations to a diverse range of stakeholders, effectively demonstrating how strategic product improvements translate into tangible positive impacts on the company's bottom line.
- • Proactively stay abreast of the latest advancements and emerging AI tools specifically for data discovery, automated governance processes, and sophisticated advanced analytics techniques, ensuring that recommendations are always well-informed and data-driven.
- • Lead the end-to-end analytics lifecycle independently, from the foundational stages of building data pipelines and developing robust data models to actively driving data governance by defining clear standards, implementing data quality improvements, and meticulously managing metadata.
- • Utilize your expertise to build scalable reporting solutions and intuitive self-service dashboards using industry-leading tools such as Tableau or Looker, empowering teams with accessible data insights.
- • Apply practical experience with statistical methods, including regression analysis, classification techniques, and time-series analysis, to effectively solve complex, real-world business problems and rigorously validate product hypotheses.
- • Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deploy and monitor AI/ML models, such as churn prediction or propensity models, ensuring sustained and measurable business impact.
- • Gain familiarity with the observability space and leverage experience using platforms like New Relic to analyze critical telemetry data, contributing to a deeper understanding of our product's performance and customer experience.
