- • As a Senior Product Analyst specializing in Rewarding Systems at JustPlay, you will be at the forefront of understanding and optimizing the core mechanics that drive player engagement and retention. Your primary mission will be to delve deep into the intricate relationship between our reward systems and player behavior, leveraging sophisticated analytical techniques to uncover actionable insights. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our player experience by translating complex data into clear, impactful strategies.
- • Your role will involve a significant focus on analyzing user behavior to pinpoint the key drivers of retention. This will require you to employ advanced statistical methods, including complex correlational analysis, to identify patterns and predict future player actions. You will also explore and implement Machine Learning techniques to segment our player base, identify high-value players, detect potential fraud, and understand the nuances of player stickiness and churn.
- • A critical aspect of your work will be simulating user journeys at scale. You will utilize tools and methodologies like Monte Carlo simulations to model how players interact with our systems over time, allowing us to predict the impact of changes and test hypotheses before they are implemented in a live environment. This predictive capability is crucial for proactive product development and risk mitigation.
- • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust framework for measuring the effectiveness of our reward systems. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), establishing clear metrics, and creating compelling visualizations using leading BI platforms. These tools will empower product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand the impact of rewards on retention and engagement at a glance.
- • Designing and managing the experimentation roadmap will be a core responsibility. You will identify opportunities for A/B testing, define test hypotheses, plan test execution, and rigorously analyze results to drive data-informed product decisions. - • Key responsibilities will include conducting deep-dive analyses into user behavioral data to identify inflection points and patterns that link rewards to engagement. You will also be tasked with developing churn analysis models and creating propensity scores to proactively address player attrition.
- • Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in planning, defining, conducting, and evaluating A/B tests, managing the overall testing roadmap to ensure a continuous cycle of improvement and innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a similar scientific domain, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent practical experience.
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytics role, such as a Product Analyst or Data Scientist, focusing on consumer-facing products. Candidates with 3 years of experience plus an advanced degree with a relevant practical research thesis will also be considered.
- • Proven experience conducting complex correlational analysis, including stickiness analysis, churn analysis and detection, VIP analysis, and fraud analysis.
- • Proficiency in SQL and Python, including experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- • Experience with Machine Learning techniques for segmentation (e.g., K-means, clustering), regression, and classification.
- • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling best practices, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- • Experience defining and implementing metrics, and building visualizations using BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
- • Hands-on experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.
- • Experience with advanced techniques such as Monte Carlo simulations, Multi-Armed Bandit algorithms, XGBoost, SVD, or similar is a plus.
- • Experience managing a gaming economy or pricing for a B2C product is a plus.
