• • In this critical role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for analyzing the performance of our Teams product. Your responsibilities will encompass a deep dive into adoption metrics, user engagement patterns, and overall product usage. You will be expected to provide authoritative, data-driven insights that guide product evolution and business strategy. This involves not just reporting on existing data, but proactively identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities that others might miss, translating complex data into actionable intelligence for stakeholders across the company.
• • A significant aspect of this position involves independently identifying, framing, and solving high-impact product questions. You will lead analytical initiatives that are crucial for the Teams feature's 0→1 phase, meaning you will be involved from the very beginning of its development and growth. This requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, where you define the problems, design the analytical approach, and execute the analysis to uncover critical insights. Your work will directly influence the product roadmap and feature prioritization, ensuring we are building what our users need and want.
• • You will be a vital partner to our Product Managers and Engineering teams. This collaboration will involve defining hypotheses for new features or improvements, designing rigorous experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests), and meticulously analyzing the results.
