- • Scribe is seeking a highly analytical and product-minded Senior Product Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Workflow AI platform. In this critical position, you will collaborate closely with our talented Product Management team, leveraging Scribe's extensive dataset of over 5 million active users to uncover new product opportunities, optimize user experiences, and drive significant business outcomes. You will be instrumental in translating complex data into actionable strategies, empowering our product leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- • As a key member of the Product team, you will partner directly with our five exceptional Product Managers, providing them with the essential data insights needed to make high-stakes business bets. You will also collaborate closely with the VP of Product to define and execute Scribe's overarching data strategy, ensuring it is tightly aligned with our organizational goals and delivered through impactful data initiatives.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to forging strong partnerships with our Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams. By pooling resources and expertise, you will help construct a comprehensive and holistic view of customer impact, enabling a deeper understanding of user behavior and business performance.
- • A core aspect of this role involves developing and implementing robust North Star metrics. This includes creating scalable datasets and dynamic dashboards that deliver timely, actionable insights. Your work will directly enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring that product development efforts are aligned with strategic objectives.
- • You will be responsible for meticulously measuring the impact of every new feature, from its inception through development and post-launch. This rigorous approach ensures that all product enhancements positively contribute to our key business metrics and deliver tangible value to our users.
- • To uncover critical insights and drive growth, you will conduct deep-dive analyses into product health and usage. This will involve employing advanced analytical techniques such as funnel analysis, root cause analysis, and statistical modeling to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend strategic interventions.
- • Beyond your direct analytical contributions, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation for a high-performing data analytics team. This includes mentoring future analysts, fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation, and promoting continuous learning and development within the team.
- • You will proactively identify new product opportunities by immersing yourself in our data, developing a profound understanding of user behavior and market trends. Your insights will be crucial in painting a clearer, more strategic picture for the product team, guiding roadmap development and strategic planning.
- • This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, where approximately half of your workload will involve responding to data requests, while the other half will be dedicated to independently identifying and pursuing new product opportunities. You will be expected to proactively surface these opportunities and recommendations to the product team, demonstrating initiative and strategic thinking.
- • You will be the go-to expert for understanding our rich dataset across diverse customer cohorts. Your ability to build comprehensive metrics frameworks will be essential in explaining complex user behaviors and informing product strategy. You will deeply understand our users, their needs, and how they interact with our platform.
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are paramount. You must be adept at translating complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, including executives, product managers, and engineers.
- • A strong customer and business-oriented mindset is crucial. You will be skilled at balancing quantitative data with qualitative insights gleaned from customer interactions, ensuring that product and strategic decisions are well-rounded and user-centric.
- • You will pride yourself on going above and beyond surface-level requests, leveraging data to predict the impact of new features on overall business performance and proactively identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing, category-defining company that is revolutionizing how work gets done. You will be part of a mission-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and making users heroes.
