• • In this Senior Product Analyst role, you will serve as a critical strategic partner to our Product, Engineering, and Design teams. Your primary responsibility will be to influence and shape product strategy through meticulous data analysis, keen product intuition, and comprehensive ownership of key metrics, data instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks. This position demands a blend of deep analytical expertise and strategic product thinking, empowering our teams to gain profound insights into user behavior, rigorously validate hypotheses, identify significant growth avenues, and make swift, informed decisions. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking the lead in defining the analytical strategy for your designated product area. A key aspect of your role will be ensuring that the product teams you support are equipped with a robust, 'batteries-included' analytical foundation, enabling them to drive product innovation and user satisfaction effectively.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of analytical activities crucial for product success. You will be instrumental in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product health, user engagement, and business impact. This involves not only identifying the right metrics but also ensuring their accurate and reliable collection through robust instrumentation. A significant part of your work will involve designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments to validate product changes, optimize user flows, and uncover new growth levers. Furthermore, you will proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and growth by analyzing user behavior patterns, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Your deep understanding of user journeys will help in identifying friction points and opportunities for enhancing the overall user experience. You will collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, accessibility, and the development of necessary data models and pipelines to support your analytical needs.
