  • • As a Senior Product Content Designer at Super.com, you will be the pivotal, end-to-end content partner for our dynamic Fintech, Earnings, and Incubation Hub Mission Aligned Teams (MATs). This is a unique opportunity to be the sole content designer embedded within these critical areas, taking full ownership of high-impact product copy and content strategy. Your influence will span the entire customer journey, from their very first impression of our innovative financial tools and earnings products to their long-term engagement with our groundbreaking 0 1 incubation bets. You will be instrumental in shaping how customers understand, trust, and effectively utilize our suite of financial solutions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to craft experiences that are not only clear, compliant, and conversion-oriented but also deeply empathetic and user-centric. This involves meticulously designing and writing content for a wide array of user touchpoints, including crucial engagement moments, seamless onboarding flows, persuasive landing pages, efficient conversion funnels, helpful error states, intuitive settings menus, timely notifications, and essential lifecycle touchpoints. Every word you craft will be strategically placed to serve a specific purpose within the customer funnel, driving desired outcomes and enhancing user success.
  • • We are seeking a subject matter expert in content strategy who is comfortable operating autonomously as the single owner across multiple teams. You should possess a proven track record in both launching novel 0 1 products and optimizing content at scale for established products. A strong analytical mindset is essential; you will be expected to delve into data, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Legal Compliance, and Data, and leverage experimentation to drive measurable impact and demonstrate the value of content.
  • • This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in ambiguous environments, moves with agility, and possesses a strong bias for action and ownership. You will be empowered to make significant contributions and drive product narratives forward.
  • • Within the Product Design team, you will play a key role in shaping end-to-end product experiences across our core platforms. You will collaborate synergistically with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Growth teams to build a cohesive and intuitive user experience that delivers profound value.   • • Your responsibilities will extend to owning the content strategy for Fintech, Earnings, and our Incubation Hub for new PMMCs. This includes developing content for ads, landing pages, in-app flows, and lifecycle touchpoints, aiming to elevate the quality and effectiveness of each user experience. You will act as the sole content partner across multiple MATs, working closely with Product Design and Product leadership to prioritize initiatives that address the most impactful problems each quarter.
  • • You will be tasked with designing and writing clear, inclusive, and trustworthy product copy for complex financial and earnings-related experiences. A key challenge will be simplifying intricate legal and compliance requirements without compromising accuracy or clarity for the user.
  • • Developing comprehensive content strategies for large, multi-team products will be a core function, requiring you to expertly balance user needs, overarching business objectives, and stringent regulatory constraints, all while ensuring a cohesive end-to-end customer journey.
  • • You will define, maintain, and scale our brand's voice and tone, content standards, key terminology, and reusable content patterns across diverse platforms and surfaces, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve improving key user metrics such as conversion rates, educational effectiveness, comprehension levels, and task success through data-informed copy. This includes leading content experiments and collaborating on A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
  • • Deep collaboration with Product, Design, UXR, Growth, Data, and CRM teams is paramount to ensure that all experiences are compliant, demonstrate strong message-market fit, maintain funnel coherence, and achieve measurable outcomes across all user touchpoints.
  • • You will leverage user research and insights—including usability studies, surveys, and customer support signals—to proactively identify points of friction in the user journey, formulate compelling copy hypotheses, and iterate rapidly on content solutions.
  • • Championing accessibility, inclusive language, and localization readiness will be integral to your work, ensuring that all content meets high standards for readability and compliance.
  • • You will contribute to and actively evolve our design system's content guidelines, meticulously documenting patterns, frameworks, and best practices to empower other designers and writers to work more efficiently and consistently.
  • • Furthermore, you will serve as a coach and influencer for cross-functional partners (Product, Design, Growth, Operations), educating them on content design best practices and demonstrating the strategic value of integrating content strategy early in the product development process to maximize impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product copywriting.
  • • Demonstrated experience writing for financial products, such as credit-building, cash advances, banking, or rewards programs.
  • • A strong portfolio showcasing shipped product work with measurable impact (e.g., increased activation rates, reduced error occurrences, improved user comprehension).
  • • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with Product Managers, Product Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Legal Compliance, and Data teams, comfortable working within a modern product trio model (PM, Design, Eng) and beyond.
  • • Experience utilizing experimentation and product analytics (e.g., A/B testing, funnel analysis, retention metrics) to inform content decisions and rigorously evaluate their impact.
  • • A track record of successfully defining voice and tone, establishing content standards, and scaling content patterns across multiple product surfaces.
  • • Ability to work autonomously and at a rapid pace within an agile, high-growth environment, adeptly managing priorities across multiple workstreams while upholding a high standard of craft.
  • • A demonstrated capacity to thrive in ambiguous situations with a strong bias for action and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
