📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Designer at Fiddler Labs, you will be the second designer at the company, working directly alongside the Lead Product Designer to shape the future of the AI observability platform by owning design end-to-end across key product areas from exploration to production-ready specs.
- • You will develop design patterns and principles for data-dense enterprise software, design end-to-end product experiences, conduct user research to understand how technical teams monitor and govern AI, maintain and evolve the design system, and translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- • Fiddler Labs is an early-stage startup founded by leaders from Facebook, Microsoft, and Pinterest, backed by top-tier investors, and recognized as a pioneer in AI Observability with accolades from Gartner, Forbes, and the World Economic Forum, focused on building trust into AI through transparent and secure AI solutions.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on responsible AI practices, grow your expertise in designing for complex technical and enterprise audiences, and contribute to a rapidly scaling product in a mission-driven, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design with a focus on complex technical products
- • Online portfolio showcasing data-dense interfaces, monitoring dashboards, observability tools, analytics platforms, or similar
- • Experience designing for AI/ML products, data platforms, or enterprise software for technical audiences
