- • Lead the full design process for consumer-facing features, from initial research and concepting through to user testing, journey specification, developer collaboration, and post-launch UX measurement.
- • Coach and mentor fellow designers through critique sessions to elevate team-wide design quality and foster a consistent, high-standard user experience.
- • Design end-to-end customer journeys, create interactive prototypes, and conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product decisions.
- • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility.
- • Maintain and evolve the company’s scalable design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment across all product surfaces.
- • Document and update pattern libraries, style guides, and design standards as the product and brand evolve.
- • Define and track key success metrics for products under your ownership, measuring both customer impact and business outcomes.
- • Advocate for users by translating research insights into actionable design improvements and ensuring user needs drive product direction.
- • Analyze product experiments and A/B tests to derive data-informed design decisions and optimize user flows.
- • Communicate design rationale and strategic thinking clearly to stakeholders, using storytelling to align cross-functional teams and secure buy-in.
- • Work with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect UI execution, with a strong emphasis on detail and visual craftsmanship.
- • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and new workflows into the design process to increase efficiency and innovation.
- • Review product releases post-launch, extract learnings, and propose iterative improvements to shape future product development.
- • Partner with the Head of Product Design and Product Managers to align on priorities, roadmaps, and feedback loops across the product organization.

- • Demonstrated experience designing consumer-facing products within cross-functional teams
- • Strong visual design and UI execution skills with meticulous attention to detail
- • Proven experience using and contributing to a scalable design system
- • Experience conducting user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
- • Ability to analyze product experiments and derive design insights from data
- • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to advocate for design and align stakeholders
